Set in the second sea line at the Bay, the project draws inspiration of its unusual triangular site and maximises the partial sea views through the prevailing pine trees by careful arrangement of the interiors, terraces and pool areas.

Shaded by large canopies and facade vines, an open, double height lobby forms the main
entrance from the corner of the site.
From here we access the more private
living areas at ground floor as well as the bedrooms and library on the upper floor.

Situated to the east of the site we find
the living room and master bedroom
respectively, making the most of the best views across the Bay and Mediterranean
Sea from this point of the site.
