Maximising Potentials
In our project Aire 17 we conducted numerous view studies which result in this latest design proposal, referring both to the panoramic views over the Bay of Palma and the particular angular geometry and topography of the site.
Situated high up above Palma we named our 3 projects here "Aire" (Air) but we are still debating the final project name.
Due to its parallelogram geometry up in the "air" we are considering Kite House or Casa Cometa in Spanish.
