The Ocean Breeze House in Saint Lucia is nearing completion as seen on our site visit this December.
The house opens towards the north of the island with panoramic views from the Atlantic Ocean towards the Caribbean Sea, while the southern side remains relatively closed and sheltered from the sun.
The house profits from the Sea Breeze for natural ventilation, which flows through openable roof windows in the double wing roof design.
