Set on an unusual triangular site, our house design responds to this geometry and uses the challenging site characteristics to create this unique villa set in lush gardens and vegetation that set the scene for the partial but fantastic sea views from the living, pool and master bedroom areas.
A large curved canopy provides shade of the southern sun and creates a generous outside dining and daybed area.
The overall design feels light and spacious and also features generous parking and a gym area and spa.
The roof is fully covered in PV solar-panels that generally produce sufficient energy for the house,
as well as the two car charging stations on the driveway and parking garage.
