The parallel shaped house design with its penthouse living areas and infinity pool at the top,

are a direct response to the particular opportunities and challenges of the site.

Various contradicting directions were to be integrated in the house design, like the steep slopes of the terrain, the irregular site boundary and the main view orientation towards the Bay of Palma in a diagonal direction.

To maximise these spectacular views to their full potential, the living, pool and terrace areas are positioned at the top of the house,

where they overlook the surrounding vegetation.

This geometric arrangement also enhances view privacy from the street while the bedroom areas are covered by the garden vegetation.
