Bini Cel

INFO

The project is situated on an extremely steep site towards a northern valley and hills on the other side. The views open up towards the east side, yet free views are limited by the current pine tree forest and potential future neightbours.
The house concepts seeks to take these constraints as an oportunity which results in double height open living spaces with full height northern glazing, enabling an uplifting feeling and open sky views, without overly high sun exposure on this side. This double height space extends towards the terrace and pool area, which is nestled into an oasis feel by the surrounding vegetation. Sun exposure on the pool is not ideal in this location and is enhanced by strategic rooflights in the house, such that the south-western sun can shine through the house and onto the pool, an
exhiting feature born out of the sites
geometrical challenges.
