The house is positioned on a south facing slope and is arranged with an open living-dining-kitchen area at the upper floor, extending towards the terrace and garden at this level. At the top level there are two bedrooms and there is a guest appartment, storage and technical rooms in the lower groundfloor level. The brief was for an efficient layout, which works well in the square floorplan and cubic volume.
