The Levitation House concept opens a question that is very specific to Mallorca: Tradition vs Innovation? 

With a background in high-tech innovative construction technologies, we and our clients frequently come across the design style limitations in the mallorcan countryside, where anything modern, like large windows or flat roof terraces are restricted in order to maintain a traditional finca look in rural Mallorca. I admit, I happily live in such a finca myself, yet the question remains, at what point architecture shall or shall not be part of the present and future and adopt contemporary building techniques and styles. Looking forward to this question, as I see the value in both of the directions.
