Following the construction completion of "Villa Son Vida" in Mallorca for developer APM in February 2020 Mathias Koester designed various new villa projects for APM during the Covid Lock-Down between March and September. Following the succes of these designs he set out to open his own design office Mathias Koester Architects in Palma in October 2020.
