The spaces of Terra i Mar flow through the various pitched roof buildings, forming the bedrooms to the east, living room to the south and kitchen dining to the west with its sunset vibes in the eventing.

The views from all rooms are spectacular over the countryside landscape towards the town of Son Servera and the sea.
The pool is set a part slightly in its natural surroundings. The interior balance a natural, traditional and modern athmoshphere that keeps to the islands charm while also profiting from new found technology and comfort. 
An external terrace canopy extends the living room and dinig area to the outside, where the roof lamellas can be opened or closed, depending on the need for shade or rainshelter.
