Refurbishment of a rustic hotel into a modernised private finca complex with a new pool, modern interiors and larger windows. The buildings are arranged on a vast plot that also feature two long watering lakes as well as a horses stable and riding ground.
The main living spaces and bedrooms are arranged in the main house, reorganising the kitchen towards the south side with access to the porch terrace and pool area, as well as morning light towards from the east. The master bedroom and a small apartment are situated on the upper floor, while further accomodation is situated in the other buildings across the estate. On the east side of the new pool there is an existing annex building. Its four large hotel bedrooms are converted into an office, a gym, a bodega and a home cinema, all with ensuite bathrooms such that the hotel use could be reestablished in due time.
