White House
Mallorca, Spain

Transformation of a 1980s Mediterranean Villa into a Modern Classical Home with its modified, classically inspired colonade porch and new, modern interiors. The pool and pool house are rebuild in a modern, linear design, while the garden facade of the house maintains its double height
colonade with its uplifting spacious feel.
The roof pediment is straightened and in partially replaced by a glass balustrade, giving the existing roof terrace panoramic views over the surrounding gardens and sea in the near distance. All windows are modernised, as well as the interiors of the groundfloor and all bathrooms.
