Following the new Hamburg Harbour-City masterplan, the project consists of a courtyard base building and a tower at one corner of the site.

We proposed a mixed-used development with retail, offices and residential penthouses in the different building zones. 

Special attention went into the development of a sustainable service strategy as well as the design of a unique facade system, providing lateral shade from the morning and evening sun, while maintaining maximum views over the Harbour.
